Welcome to My World

This room runs on its own plumbing. Each key on the console opens a line to one of the things I love doing when I'm away from a keyboard.

Hello, I'm Will!

I'm a man of faith, kind-hearted, fun-loving, eternal optimist with a happy-go-lucky attitude. My life's path has taken me back and forth from the ocean waves of San Diego to the majestic mountains of Colorado, loving each place for its unique charm and beauty.

As an IT professional with a proclivity for adventure, I've navigated the tech world with the same enthusiasm I bring to tackling a challenging ski slope or conquering an off-road trail.

Among my highlights was co-founding Global Investors Guide, which later became Ubrandit.com. Traveling to New York to ring the bell at the AMEX was a moment caught in time (see the photo below!). While the company, like many dot-com ventures of the early 2000s, is now part of tech history, the experience remains a cherished milestone in my journey.

My professional path has been a diverse journey spanning sectors like VARs, investment portfolios, start-ups, banking, e-commerce, wine distribution, city government, and even the fire department. But life isn't just about servers and data centers. Here's where the fun begins:

In my spare time

• Adventurer at heart: whether I'm skiing, off-roading, surfing, or cliff jumping, I chase thrills across landscapes.
• Green thumb: my garden is more than just a hobby, it's where I grow my love for life and veggies. See the Summer Harvest 2012 picture on the gardening page? That's me with my newborn and our home-grown bounty.
• Indoor adventures: from Texas Hold'em poker nights to losing myself in computer games or coding websites, I enjoy the balance between the wild outdoors and digital realms.
• Savoring the good life: a good cigar paired with whiskey is my way of celebrating life's moments, big or small.

Let's connect

If you've made it this far, you might be just as curious as I am adventurous! Dive deeper into my journey, or better yet, join me for an off-road escapade, a tech discussion, or a toast to life's moments.

Pick a valve on the console to explore. When you're done, the hatch on the left pipe takes you back to the main room.
